Job Description
Swimply is a rapidly scaling online marketplace connecting homeowners with local communities, similar to Airbnb, offering a new category within the experience economy. The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, partnering with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive growth and delight guests and hosts. This is a key role in defining the look, feel, and storytelling of the Swimply platform.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in product design
- Strong portfolio of consumer-facing experiences
- Experience in product marketing (positioning, messaging, campaign integration)
- Fluency with design and prototyping tools (Figma)
- Comfort with analytics/experimentation tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Fluency in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bias for shipping and iterating
