Assistant Coach

Sweetgreen is seeking Assistant Coaches to lead and motivate their team. These role-models are responsible for the overall operation of their team, including excellent customer service, maintaining food safety and security, and building a positive work environment. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality experiences for both guests and employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ in a restaurant management role
• Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred)
• Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
• Passionate about food and restaurant operations
• Desire to make an impact on customers and team members
• Can-do work ethic
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
