This role involves sourcing and segmenting leads, writing engaging outreach copy, setting up automation flows, and testing different channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and comfortable with collaboration and a remote work environment.

Requirements

• Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using Lemlist and ActiveCampaign.
• Source and segment lead data with tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences and follow-ups.
• Automate workflows between Lemlist, ActiveCampaign, Calendly, and ActiveCampaign Deals.
• Track key metrics and iterate on performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs and messaging.
