Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Growth & Outbound Specialist to build and manage their cold outreach system. This role involves sourcing and segmenting leads, creating automated workflows, and testing various outreach channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and passionate about getting new clients.

Requirements

• Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using Lemlist and ActiveCampaign
• Source and segment lead data with tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences + follow-ups
• Track key metrics and iterate based on performance
• Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting
• Identify new outbound opportunities (LinkedIn, partnerships, etc.)
