This role involves sourcing, segmenting leads, writing automated outreach copy, and optimizing workflows to attract and convert marketing leaders. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and have a passion for testing new channels and automation to reach the right audiences.
Requirements
- Sourcing and segmenting lead data using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Writing and testing cold email sequences + follow-ups
- Automating workflows between Lemlist and ActiveCampaign
- Tracking key metrics and iterating based on performance
- Collaborating with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting
- Identifying new outbound opportunities
- Strong written English skills
- Comfortable using Zapier, Slack, Calendly, and Google Sheets
- Analytical and organized
- Bonus: Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands
