Swank Motion Pictures is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to ensure hospitals and healthcare partners deliver a meaningful entertainment experience to patients and families.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable working within CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Healthcare industry exposure is a plus but not required
