Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3–7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems, particularly Beeline
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Beeline APIs, and data transformation using XML, JSON, and SQL
- Understanding of contingent workforce management, HR procurement, and related system integrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to resolve integration issues, and experience managing multiple integration projects
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams
