Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and manage Business Development Executives, driving performance, motivation, and strategic growth initiatives. The role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with corporate large energy users, and ensure the team delivers high-quality appointments for the corporate sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in the energy industry
- Proven experience in managing business development or sales teams, ideally across multiple regions
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- Ability to work strategically while maintaining attention to operational detail
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation environments
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively across departments
