Job Description
This Business Development Executive role involves identifying and nurturing new prospects, making outbound calls, and booking appointments for a corporate sales team. The role focuses on converting conversations into sales opportunities and contributing to company growth by providing energy users with high-quality appointments. The company is moving to Fulwood in the Autumn.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Experience in outbound calling or telesales, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed appointment booking and conversion goals.
- CRM proficiency to maintain accurate records and manage prospect pipelines.
- Commercial awareness around energy markets or corporate sales (preferred).
