Cook

We are seeking a Cook to assist in the management and monitoring of all aspects of the development of a nutritious daily menu and meal preparation for our Family Shelters. The ideal candidate should have experience in the safe and sanitary handling and storage of all food items in accordance with New York State and New York City Department of Health regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Training in food skills and at least two (2) years’ experience in food service for an institution
• NY State Food Handlers Certificate required
