Senior Software Engineer II -MRX Audience

SurveyMonkey is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to work on market research engineering teams, developing large-scale web applications, state-of-the-art tech platforms, big data analytics, and mobile applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product development
• Experience in designing systems from a prototype, successfully architecture and led technical solutions for consumer-facing products
• Hands-on experience designing, building and running high-performance, large-scale systems based on microservices architecture and handling millions of requests
• Experience in designing, building and maintaining applications leveraging cloud technologies such as: AWS, Azure, Large-scale databases and message queues
• Programming skills in any object-oriented language (Python preferred) and expertise in multi-threading and performance-orienting programming, excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, and object-oriented concepts
• Familiarity with of CI/CD is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both co-located and remote engineers and cross-functional partners
• A growth/data mindset in approaching challenges
• Must have a degree in computer science or related field
