Surgical Information Systems (SIS) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator - Service Cloud to assist with the development and optimization of their Salesforce platform. The administrator will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and be responsible for maintaining the CRM system, monitoring end-user usage, and performing administrative and user support tasks.
Requirements
- Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 200+ users
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Create and maintain process diagrams using UPN tool
- Configure and maintain AI solutions in Salesforce
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Configuration to support integrations
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow
- Work with data manipulation for analysis and cleanup using Excel and other tools
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications processes
