Job Description
Superior Optical Labs, Inc. is seeking a motivated and qualified Optician to join their clinical team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling payment transactions, and performing administrative tasks. Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Compute and process payment transactions/refunds
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products
- Create and maintain patient files, following company and HIPAA policies regarding confidentiality
- Take necessary measurements
- Prepare work order for lab
- Inspect final product
- Educate patient on glasses care
- Adjust/repair damaged frames
- Price, stock and straighten merchandise
