Job Description
As an Optician Licensed, you'll assist patients with selecting and ordering eyewear, adjustments and fittings, and educating on proper eyeglass and contact lens care. Your initiative and organizational skills will keep us running at top performance, while your enthusiasm and knowledge will provide an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous optical experience required
- Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) required
- ABO and NCLE required, state licensed preferred or will be required within 6 months of hire
- Detail oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
