Job Description
Super Organics is seeking a Mid-Senior Laravel Developer to lead product development, architecting and building core internal and customer-facing systems. The role involves working directly with the CTO, defining requirements, estimating delivery timelines, and developing in an agile cycle. This is a highly autonomous role with strong product ownership and a clear growth path into a permanent lead position.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience with Laravel/PHP
- Strong proficiency in Laravel 10+, PHP 8+, MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization), and Vue.js
- Experience building and scaling backend systems
- Ability to work in highly iterative, fast-moving, agile environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with leadership
