Mid-Senior Laravel Developer (Lead Developer)

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Laravel Developer to own product development end-to-end, architecting, building, and iterating on core internal and customer-facing systems at Super Organics. As the Lead Laravel Developer, you will work directly with the CTO to define requirements, estimate delivery timelines, and develop iteratively in an agile, incremental cycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience with Laravel/PHP
• Strong proficiency in Laravel 10+, PHP 8+, MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization), and Vue.js
• Experience building and scaling backend systems
• Ability to work in highly iterative, fast-moving, agile environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with leadership
• Comfortable owning a product end-to-end with minimal oversight
