Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Service Engineer to join their EMEA team, specifically assisting customers with server hardware issues. This role involves a customer-facing experience, problem-solving, and adaptability to various IT environments. Requirements
- Completed MBO4 degree towards IT or equivalent experience
- Excellent command of English
- 1st and 2nd line support/helpdesk experience
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS/Linux
- Basic knowledge of system management (networks, servers, databases)
- Driving license (B)
- Working hours are 40
