Job Description
We are looking for a 1st / 2nd line Datacenter System Engineer to support our customers in Iceland. The job involves accepting, registering and solving various problems in the field of server hardware. You will be part of a close team with a good working atmosphere and will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience.
Requirements
- Completed (senior) vocational education towards IT or comparable level obtained through experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience with 1st and 2nd line support
- Experience in datacenters (advantageous)
- Good communication skills
- Analytic and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge
- Ability to perform individually and under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS/Linux
- Basic knowledge of system management (networks, servers, databases)
