Job Description
This Operations Manager role in Budapest, Hungary, requires leading all plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety. It involves supporting plant start-up, implementing efficient systems, optimizing productivity and costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing operations team. Collaboration with HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 7+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven track record in plant start-up or process optimization is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- Must have working rights in EU
