Operations Manager

At Alstom, we're looking for an Operations Manager to manage and coordinate our operations for the BDZ - Desiro maintenance project in Bulgaria. As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree diploma in engineering
• Management experience of large groups of staff 10+
• Preferable experience in fleet and/or maintenance operations and planning role
• Technical knowledge of relevant Traction and Rolling Stock
• MS Office, SAP, Word, Excel knowledge
• English language - advanced
• Romanian language is a must
