Product Innovation Manager - Pet Food & Pet Food Supplements (all genders)

We are seeking an experienced Category / Product Innovation Manager – Pet Food & Pet Food Supplements to lead and drive product development initiatives within the global supplements market. This pivotal position involves overseeing the end-to-end process of developing and optimizing innovative supplement products, from concept to market launch. You will own and manage the pet food & pet food supplements category, driving growth through innovative product development and portfolio optimization, coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct market analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management, Product Innovation, Product Development, NPD or R&D within the animal food / dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or broader FMCG sector
• Deep knowledge of formulating / developing pet food supplements and related animal health & wellness products
• Strong understanding of the online retail environment and digital consumer behavior
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements
