Product Development Manager – Longevity (all genders)

We are seeking an experienced Category Innovation / Supplement Development Manager – Longevity to lead and drive our product development initiatives within the global supplements market. You will oversee the end-to-end process of developing and optimizing innovative supplement products – from initial concept and formulation through to successful market launch, managing the longevity category and driving growth through product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management, Product Innovation, Product Development, NPD or R&D within the dietary / food supplements, nutraceuticals, or broader FMCG sector
• Knowledge of formulating / developing longevity and related health & wellness products
• Strong understanding of the online retail environment and digital consumer behavior
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements
