HR Business Partner will consult and advise on people management and organizational needs, provide guidance on staffing, terminations, employee relations, and policy interpretation, and manage temporary staffing services. The role will also involve coaching, training, and development, as well as managing claims and ensuring compliance with employment and human rights legislation.
Requirements
- University Degree and/or completion of a Human Resources Management Certificate Diploma Program
- 10-12 years of progressive generalist experience
- Experience in Manufacturing is a must and pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Strong commitment to ethics and compliance

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the organization and influence decisions
- Collaborative team player with demonstrated professional and emotional maturity and judgment to handle sensitive situations with integrity, diplomacy, tact and high ethical standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), HRIS and time and attendance tracking systems
- Creative, innovative, detail oriented and demonstrates high level of initiative
- Strong problem-solving abilities required to act as internal consultant to Management and employees on all HR issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take action when required while maintaining focus on timely and quality completion of projects
