Job Description
Senior Community Managers are responsible for the operations and profitability of a community. They are on-call 24/7 and focus on administrative tasks, marketing, leasing, home sales, property maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations. The role involves managing rent collection, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business (preferred)
- 4 years in property management experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience
- 6 months in sales and leasing experience
- Knowledge of maintenance
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
