Community Manager

Creeks Crossing is seeking a Community Manager to operate and profit the community by providing administrative duties, marketing, leasing, and sales services, as well as property maintenance. The role involves managing residents, handling finances, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining a positive community environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business (Preferred)
• 2 years in property management experience, 2 years of supervisory experience (Required)
• 6 months in prior sales and leasing experience (Required)
• 6 months in previous experience using NetSuite (Preferred)
• General knowledge of maintenance
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
• Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours
• Ability to live on-site within the community (housing provided)
