Job Description
Sumter Utilities, Inc. is seeking multiple Overhead Crews for various positions, including Foreman, Lineman, and Groundman. Successful candidates will possess existing experience working together as a construction crew and a commitment to safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDL Class A license (highly preferred)
- Ability to work at heights up to and above 60 feet
- Ability to perform rigorous physical labor
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel and work away from home
