Senior Product Manager

SugarCRM is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the sales automation solution. The role will play a key role in defining and executing product strategy, aligning multi-quarter roadmaps with company objectives and market opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience in B2B product management with commercialized software products
• Experience presenting to executives internally and to customers
• Demonstrated experience leveraging analytics to define product direction
• Strong product management skills, including but not limited to - roadmap, business case, prioritization, negotiation, and obtaining consensus
• Strong technical knowledge and experience working closely with technical members of team
• Ability to interact with partners, customers, and staff in a professional and polished manner
• Experience with agile software development
• Experience in customer relationship management and customer experience management preferred
