Senior Manager, Product Management

BeOne is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the digital product vision, planning, and execution. The role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure satisfactory goals are met.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry, and sense of business acumen in relevant function
• 7+ years in Life sciences or healthcare discipline
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning skill to setting the product’s goals and key initiatives
• With problem sensitivity and excellent problem-solving skill
• With excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• With excellent interpersonal skills to effectively influence and lead the people from customers to stakeholders to team members
• Familiar with agile Methodology and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments
• With excellent research and analytic skills
• Good delegation skills to be able to clearly portray expectations for tasks, resist micromanaging team members and regularly check in the status of the task
• Good prioritization skills to be able to objectively enforce prioritization to successfully complete tasks and meet goals and deadlines
