The company is seeking a Senior Director, Growth Strategy & GTM Transformation to lead the development of a full-suite global GTM function, spanning Asia, the Middle East, and other continents. The role requires a senior leader with strategic clarity, commercial depth, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in GTM, commercial, or transformation leadership within technology, telco, or digital platform sectors
- Consulting DNA: Former McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture Strategy, or Big 4 TMT practices
- Functional Strengths: Value proposition design, brand architecture, performance marketing, pricing strategy, partner enablement, and GTM scalability
- Strategic Depth: Proven record of building or transforming GTM and commercial frameworks in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations
- Leadership Style: Structured, calm under pressure, and able to influence diverse senior stakeholders with clarity and logic
- Scope Readiness: Global mindset — able to operate across multiple time zones and business cultures
