Product Manager - Powertrain

The Product Manager, Production Manufacturing role manages and leads the activities of the Production Manufacturing section to accomplish manufacturing targets/objectives, budgeted financial objectives, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Provides direct support in the day-to-day coaching and leading of section
• Manages and oversees section TPM, Kaizen, Training activities, and KPIs
• Ensures compliance to all SIA policies and procedures
• Responsible for development of Section strategies and targets to support all initiatives.
• Supports all budget planning, controls
• Studies the manufacturing processes and identifies opportunities for process improvement or efficiency optimization.
• Responsible for safety of all Associates in section
• Oversee and support daily staffing needs
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
