Paint Developmental Group Leader (2nd Shift)

The Developmental Group Leader will lead a team of associates, promoting their success and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for planning and leading activities to achieve plant and section goals related to safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• Certificate/Associate Degree in Organizational Leadership or related field
• 4+ years Supervisory/Leadership experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
