Job Description
STV is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Construction Management team in the SOCAL Market. The successful candidate will have 17 years of full-time paid professional project/construction management experience, with 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values in excess of $50 million.
Requirements
- 17 years full time paid professional project/construction management experience
- 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values in excess of $50 million
- 5 years' experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one (1) year of employment
