STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our PM/CM Group in San Fransisco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing cross-functional activities, coordinating project work efforts, and managing project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with BIM, P6, Procore or E-builder a plus
- LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE a plus but not required
- Formal training in project management is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills are required
