Job Description
STV is seeking a Project Scheduler - Aviation to join our PM/CM group to support one of our aviation clients onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The Project Scheduler shall report to the TDIP Project Controls Manager and be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work.
Requirements
- Representing an owner, direct experience scheduling multiple, interdependent projects
- Direct forensic scheduling experience to support claims analysis on large complex projects (projects of at least $200M value and 3-years or greater duration)
- Demonstrate understanding of design and construction methodologies and project life cycles
