The Project/Program Senior Scheduler will develop and maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, participating as an integral member of an owner’s program and project controls team.
Requirements
- Direct experience scheduling multiple, interdependent projects
- Direct forensic scheduling experience to support claims analysis on large complex projects
- Demonstrate understanding of design and construction methodologies and project life-cycles
- Advanced use of Oracle Primavera software (mastery of Primavera Project Planner Version 6.0 or higher required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- 10 years or more of scheduling experience with 5 plus years in direct support of an active construction project
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related technical field required
