STV is seeking a Project Manager to join their Aviation team to support construction projects in Los Angeles, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for directing and managing projects, developing RFPs, and overseeing procurement processes.
Requirements
- 10 years or more experience in project management, preferably on airport projects
- Experience in successful management of capital projects/programs over $50M
- Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction of airport facilities
- Experience in overseeing multiple construction activities concurrently
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
