STV is seeking a Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team to work with one of our Aviation clients in Los Angeles, CA. The Construction Manager - Aviation will be responsible for directing and managing the project, developing the RFP, overseeing the procurement process, and ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget.
Requirements
- 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
- Experience with projects more than $50 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Management, Planning or other related technical field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications
