Job Description
STV has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Designer to join our team in the heart of New York, NY. The ideal candidate will perform architectural design work, interface with various disciplines, clients, and consultants, and prepare documents for various projects.
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a project architect working within the rail/transit sector
- Registered Licensed Architect in the State of New York is preferred
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with OpenBuildings, Rhino, 3-D Max, Sketch-up is a plus and LEED Accreditation is also a plus
