Job Description
The Study at University City, a Co-Op Restaurant hotel with a focus on community, is seeking a Guest Services Manager. This role is focused on providing high-quality service to guests, supervising agents, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, room assignment, reservations, communication, resolution of complaints, and team leadership.
