Job Description
Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) is seeking an entry-level Project Accountant in San Jose, California, Denver, Colorado, or Charlotte, North Carolina. The Project Accountant is responsible for managing financial information related to projects, investigating variances, approving project expenses, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments are collected.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project accounting or related field
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Knowledge of project contracts and change order documents
- Familiarity or experience with financial project tasks, including budget control, invoicing, or creating sales orders within ERP systems
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience with NetSuite and Box.com
