MarTech Lead

We're looking for a MarTech Lead to own the systems, integrations, and tracking that enable Growth Marketing and our business partners to operate with speed, precision, and confidence. The role involves managing end-to-end tracking infrastructure, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, MarTech, AdTech, or growth tracking roles
• Google Tag Manager expert, including data layers, client-side and server-side tagging, and debugging tools
• Mobile app tracking frameworks (e.g., Firebase, MMPs)
• CDPs (Blueshift a plus) and audience activation workflows
• Downstream platforms like LiveRamp and major ad platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, etc)
