MarTech Lead

Booksy is seeking a MarTech Lead to own and evolve the technical foundation of their marketing technology stack. The role involves ensuring seamless integration of acquisition platforms like Iterable and Salesforce, shaping the MarTech roadmap, and mentoring a small team to deliver technical excellence. This is an opportunity to work in a stable, scalable environment with big budgets and clear processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with marketing technology platforms (Iterable, Meta/Google Ads, analytics tools, CRM systems like Salesforce).
• Hands-on technical skills with APIs, data mapping, SQL, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate marketing requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
• Experience managing MarTech platform performance, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows.
• Conversational English language skills.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (Segment) and complex MarTech ecosystems.
• Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
