As a Team Manager for Inside Sales, you will lead a team of 10-15 employees and be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and expanding new and existing customers. You will support your team in day-to-day business, lead regular team meetings, and coach your team individually to promote continuous personal and professional development.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in sales teams, preferably in telephone sales of B2B customers
- Goal-oriented, decision-making, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with sales tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI
- Creative, dynamic, and innovative approach to inspire customers and scale successes
