Sales Managerin Innendienst mit Teamverantwortung (m/w/d)

As a Sales Manager in Internal Sales with Team Responsibility, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 inside sales team members, achieving monthly sales targets, and expanding new and existing customers. Your tasks will include supporting your team, developing best practices, holding regular team meetings, and coaching individual team members. You will bring experience in leading sales teams, preferably in phone sales to B2B customers, and have strong communication and persuasion skills.
