INFORMATION SERVICES SPECIALIST I

The Information Services Specialist I position provides user support for the Agency while focusing on customer service. It involves answering customer questions and troubleshooting technical issues involving varying types of hardware and software. The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize tasks and should be organized. They should also have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated.

Requirements

• Performs first level help desk functions, including answering help line calls, performing first level problem diagnostics, problem escalations, and problem tracking and reporting for all IT applications and system support functions for internal and external customers.
• Assists users by providing support with software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11, Adobe products, and SRS developed systems.
• Establishes and maintains basic configurations ensuring compliance with Agency security considerations, performance requirements, and established standards.
