Job Description
STARLIMS provides Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) solutions for over 30 years, helping customers improve laboratory efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support analytical processes. The Manager of North American Sales will develop and execute a strategic sales vision, leading a high-performing sales organization and managing revenue growth in the U.S. and Canada. This role requires a strong understanding of regulated environments, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM systems.
Requirements
- 10+ B2B enterprise software sales experience
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role
- Deep understanding of regulated environments (GxP, ISO, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Selling to pharma, biotech, environmental testing labs, or CROs
- Experience managing multi-million dollar enterprise sales cycles
