Fuse Advisors is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 10–15 years of experience in the mining sector, strong technical knowledge, and a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects.

Requirements

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary mining projects from inception through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate internal consultants and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project reports, technical documentation, and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding evolving needs.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
