Manager of Management Operating Systems (MOS)

Fuse Advisors is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Management Systems (OMS) to join their team. The role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OMS for client organizations, conducting assessments of current operational processes, and facilitating workshops and training to build frontline leadership capability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in operations management, continuous improvement, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in Management Operating Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence frameworks
• Strong project management, facilitation, and change management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and located within the country
