We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team of managers and assist with daily office operations.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Process and track invoices and expenses
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
