Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
